Intake Confirmation
We respond within 24 hours to confirm intake. A one-time $75 intake fee covers case file creation, parent orientation, and safety protocol review.
Case Activation
Most cases activate within 48–72 hours of completed intake. We handle scheduling coordination and location logistics directly with both parties.
Reports to Your Office
After every session, a detailed observation report is delivered to your office — formatted for direct submission to Maricopa County family courts.
INTAKE & FEES
All fee arrangements — including session rates, the one-time intake fee, and any applicable travel surcharge — are reviewed and confirmed during intake before services begin. Payment responsibility for court-ordered cases follows the terms of the applicable court order.
