Our Mission
Neutral Ground was established to address a critical need in Maricopa County's family law support system: professional, neutral, and fully documented supervised visitation and exchange services. Our mission is to ensure that every child transition — whether a visit or an exchange — is handled with the highest standard of care, safety, and objectivity.
Our Approach
Every case is handled by a trained supervisor who understands both the emotional complexity and the legal requirements of supervised parenting arrangements. We maintain strict neutrality — our role is to observe, facilitate, and document, not to advocate for any party. Our reports are prepared in a format accepted by Maricopa County family courts and are suitable for submission to attorneys and mediators.

Professional Standards
